- Uses your Mac’s calendar settings, so the week starts on the day your region starts it.
- Updates once a minute.
- Labelled DAY, WEEK, MON or YEAR by default.
Set it up
- Choose Add Meter… and pick Progress.
- Choose day, week, month or year in Customize.

Questions
Does the day meter use my working hours?
No. It runs midnight to midnight. For a working-day meter, use a Countdown to the end of your day.
